Cindy’s choreography maximizes moves for total body involvement. How she orchestrates this so strategically with each piece of music is brilliant. Plus she makes Mojo crazy fun, which fills up my emotional tank as well.
Mojo Online is saving my life right now… I love to dance and as a physical therapist, what I appreciate most about Mojo Fitness is the emphasis on form, intensity and safety. This is very rare in dance fitness–and in many other HIIT classes in general. Cindy is positive, encouraging and just what the world needs right now.
Sometimes knowing the helpful medical benefits of exercise isn’t enough to start you up or keep you exercising, I believe you have to find something that makes you feel good and is fun — Mojo Fitness is that for me.
Most girls fear gaining the Freshman “15” in college. I was one of them and it STILL happened to me. I came home heavier than I had ever been in my life and felt miserable. I changed my diet and exercise habits drastically. Most importantly, I began going to Mojo Fitness at least twice a week (I also incorporated cross training, but it’s nowhere as fun!) In the ten weeks I’ve been home, my hard work has paid off: I lost a total of 18 lbs so far! The change has been crazy and I love how I feel. Mojo is a fantastic way to burn fat, build muscle and keep the eight off – and I love doing it.
I use to struggle with obesity and avoided gyms because I was plagued by how I looked compared to the “Jane Fonda” set or how coordinated I was. After finding Mojo, I decided I’m doing this for me and the discipline and rigor has really paid off. I’ve trimmed down in inches and pounds and feel terrific. It’s inspiring to see other women of all ages and types who also make that commitment. My daughter likes your classes, and if I had a grandmother she’d like your classes… We are truly stronger because of our differences, not in spite of them.
It really is magical. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but when I go to Mojo I see the difference on the scale almost immediately… If I’m having a hard time getting to class, I just picture the energy in class and it makes me work harder to get there.
My sister, Suzanne Schoenhut, has been raving about Mojo Fitness for over a year. I decided to join her. Now…..I get it!!!
As identical twins (71 years young!), we both check out our Fitbits after class and compare the number of steps and how many minutes “in peak” (HIIT intervals).
After today’s 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak… that is the most ever I’ve done! I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership… I’m sticking with Mojo Online!!
I’ve lost inches and weight since starting a few months ago. Mojo is the only change I’ve made to my lifestyle. It’s been great to my 50’s body and a nice bond with my teenage daughter!
Mojo Online is a wonderful way to help lift your spirits, keep MOVING and stay POSITIVE during this challenging time. All the faces are so encouraging and familiar. I can’t wait to get back to LIVE classes, but this is a great alternative.
Having started Mojo a month after my 30th, I can’t even explain how much it has changed my life this past year.
I had gone into that year with some nerves about a new decade but starting Mojo helped me tap into some additional inner confidence that helped me rock it and continue rocking it into my 31st this year!
Thank you for filling my days with joy, happiness and the sassy confidence to shake my booty like no one is watching! (whether they are or aren’t 🙂)
