Here’s what some of our Mojo Friends have to say…
I’ve had people try to tell me I can’t get an upper body workout without weights. Not true.
I’m “ripped because of Mojo”!
After a year of Mojo (and reaching her goal of a taut size 6), I can’t believe how much fun we all have dancing around. It’s always one of the best part of my day.
Cindy mixes it up to work all the muscle groups, so my abs are tight all the time, my backaches have disappeared and—icing on the cake—everyone at work is asking me if I’ve lost weight! (Oh yeah, it IS fun!!)
Mojo takes all of the stress out of dancing and allows me to let it all go and do what I can do and just have fun with it!
Mojo is literally the only group exercise class I have ever enjoyed. It has a fun atmosphere and moves adaptable for women 50+ years of age. Zumba classes are filled with unfamiliar music. Mojo is like a giant dance party with music you love.
I took one Zumba class and didn’t care for it at all. My heart rate barely went up and I didn’t break a sweat so I was a little skeptical… Well I was proven wrong by Cindy’s class because you get such a great all over body workout and have fun doing it.
It really is magical. I’ve been going to the gym for years, but when I go to Mojo I see the difference on the scale almost immediately… If I’m having a hard time getting to class, I just picture the energy in class and it makes me work harder to get there.
Can’t tell you how much I enjoy Mojo Fitness… even if I have to sometimes do my old lady adapted version. It’s my dance fix twice a week!
My sister, Suzanne Schoenhut, has been raving about Mojo Fitness for over a year. I decided to join her. Now…..I get it!!!
As identical twins (71 years young!), we both check out our Fitbits after class and compare the number of steps and how many minutes “in peak” (HIIT intervals).
After today’s 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak…that is the most ever I’ve done!I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership…I’m sticking with Mojo Online!!
Sometimes knowing the helpful medical benefits of exercise isn’t enough to start you up or keep you exercising, I believe you have to find something that makes you feel good and is fun — Mojo Fitness is that for me.
