Mojo takes all of the stress out of dancing and allows me to let it all go and do what I can do and just have fun with it!
Mojo is a combination of kickboxing, wild dancing in your room and hip hop. As a former collegiate athlete, I see Mojo as a workout that is both exhausting and entertaining. Great for groups of friends who want to stay active and have fun!
Sometimes knowing the helpful medical benefits of exercise isn’t enough to start you up or keep you exercising, I believe you have to find something that makes you feel good and is fun — Mojo Fitness is that for me.
Most girls fear gaining the Freshman “15” in college. I was one of them and it STILL happened to me. I came home heavier than I had ever been in my life and felt miserable. I changed my diet and exercise habits drastically. Most importantly, I began going to Mojo Fitness at least twice a week (I also incorporated cross training, but it’s nowhere as fun!) In the ten weeks I’ve been home, my hard work has paid off: I lost a total of 18 lbs so far! The change has been crazy and I love how I feel. Mojo is a fantastic way to burn fat, build muscle and keep the eight off – and I love doing it.
Cindy’s choreography maximizes moves for total body involvement. How she orchestrates this so strategically with each piece of music is brilliant. Plus she makes Mojo crazy fun, which fills up my emotional tank as well.
After a year of Mojo (and reaching her goal of a taut size 6), I can’t believe how much fun we all have dancing around. It’s always one of the best part of my day.
I’ve had people try to tell me I can’t get an upper body workout without weights. Not true.
I’m “ripped because of Mojo”!
I took one Zumba class and didn’t care for it at all. My heart rate barely went up and I didn’t break a sweat so I was a little skeptical… Well I was proven wrong by Cindy’s class because you get such a great all over body workout and have fun doing it.
Mojo keeps me coming back for better mobility, strength and it’s a great stress reliever.
Can’t tell you how much I enjoy Mojo Fitness… even if I have to sometimes do my old lady adapted version. It’s my dance fix twice a week!
