My sister, Suzanne Schoenhut, has been raving about Mojo Fitness for over a year. I decided to join her.Now…..I get it!!!
As identical twins (71 years young!), we both check out our Fitbits after class and compare the number of steps and how many minutes “in peak” (HIIT intervals).
After todays’ 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak…that is the most ever I’ve done!
I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership…I’m sticking with Mojo!!
I took one Zumba class and didn’t care for it at all. My heart rate barely went up and I didn’t break a sweat so I was a little skeptical… Well I was proven wrong by Cindy’s class because you get such a great all over body workout and have fun doing it.
Most girls fear gaining the Freshman “15” in college. I was one of them and it STILL happened to me. I came home heavier than I had ever been in my life and felt miserable. I changed my diet and exercise habits drastically. Most importantly, I began going to Mojo Fitness at least twice a week (I also incorporated cross training, but it’s nowhere as fun!) In the ten weeks I’ve been home, my hard work has paid off: I lost a total of 18 lbs so far! The change has been crazy and I love how I feel. Mojo is a fantastic way to burn fat, build muscle and keep the eight off – and I love doing it.
I use to struggle with obesity and avoided gyms because I was plagued by how I looked compared to the “Jane Fonda” set or how coordinated I was. After finding Mojo, I decided I’m doing this for me and the discipline and rigor has really paid off. I’ve trimmed down in inches and pounds and feel terrific. It’s inspiring to see other women of all ages and types who also make that commitment. My daughter likes your classes, and if I had a grandmother she’d like your classes… We are truly stronger because of our differences, not in spite of them.
Can’t tell you how much I enjoy Mojo Fitness… even if I have to sometimes do my old lady adapted version. It’s my dance fix twice a week!
I’ve lost inches and weight since starting a few months ago. Mojo is the only change I’ve made to my lifestyle. It’s been great to my 50’s body and a nice bond with my teenage daughter!
After a year of Mojo (and reaching her goal of a taut size 6), I can’t believe how much fun we all have dancing around. It’s always one of the best part of my day.
I love the energy of everyone in the room. Working at a senior living facility day after day can be exhausting, but Mojo rejuvenates me and helps me forget my work day.
