Habit Forming

Studies say in 2 weeks you can change a habit and train your brain to enjoy exercise and good food. Likewise, after two weeks being out of a habit, it gets easier for your brain to think of reasons to do otherwise.

According to author, Charles Duhigg,“The Power of Habit”, The brain loves good habits. Taking away tedious reasoning out of your day allows more room for complex thought, like learning a new software app. Our brains require lots of energy, so when the brain is on auto pilot, the more power it has. To make it easier on yourself, Duhigg says, “Consider your life choices as ways to alleviate stress in your life.”
