Having started Mojo a month after my 30th, I can’t even explain how much it has changed my life this past year.
I had gone into that year with some nerves about a new decade but starting Mojo helped me tap into some additional inner confidence that helped me rock it and continue rocking it into my 31st this year!
Thank you for filling my days with joy, happiness and the sassy confidence to shake my booty like no one is watching! (whether they are or aren’t 🙂)
The instructional captions are really great! It helps remind me what to focus on, REALLY helps. Also, doing the videos doesn’t take up much space. I did it one day in my bedroom with a number of laundry baskets surrounding me and didn’t kick one of them!
My sister, Suzanne Schoenhut, has been raving about Mojo Fitness for over a year. I decided to join her. Now…..I get it!!!
As identical twins (71 years young!), we both check out our Fitbits after class and compare the number of steps and how many minutes “in peak” (HIIT intervals).
After today’s 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak… that is the most ever I’ve done! I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership… I’m sticking with Mojo Online!!
I work from home and so tired of the treadmill. I love to dance, and discovered Mojo Online. I am so much more motivated!
LOVE, LOVE the new 30 minute videos! I like to squeeze these in on my “off Mojo” days.
We have a high-risk family member in our household, so we are being very strict adhering to COVID safety guidelines. Mojo is a great workout and it’s so much fun. It’s been a blessing for me and for my kids – age 12, 8 and 5.
On bad weather days, my kids and I sometimes workout for gym or recess. Some days it takes me over 3 hours to finish a 40 – 50 minute class because I have to pause it and help out my kids with virtual schooling, but I try my best to go through to the end – no matter how long it takes.

Mojo Online is perfect when it’s not nice enough to be outside and I need to get my heart rate up…and have fun doing my favorite exercise!
