Having started Mojo a month after my 30th, I can’t even explain how much it has changed my life this past year.
I had gone into that year with some nerves about a new decade but starting Mojo helped me tap into some additional inner confidence that helped me rock it and continue rocking it into my 31st this year!
Thank you for filling my days with joy, happiness and the sassy confidence to shake my booty like no one is watching! (whether they are or aren’t 🙂)
The instructional captions are really great! It helps remind me what to focus on, REALLY helps. Also, doing the videos doesn’t take up much space. I did it one day in my bedroom with a number of laundry baskets surrounding me and didn’t kick one of them!

Even if it’s only for 15-30 min per day, exercising is crucial for my well being – and it’s a wonderful way we can ‘exercise’ as a family. With such a hectic work schedule, Mojo’s Online program has been a lifesaver for me – 6 years straight.

Before Mojo, I was a runner. I liked to doing my own thing and being done with it. But then my knees started bothering me, so I decided to give Mojo a try and it has really worked for me. I forget everything around me and get completely lost in a zone. After three years, I still get sopping wet after every session and I feel more fit and toned than ever.
I have a date every Thursday morning with Mojo Online. It helps me squeeze in additional weekly workouts when I can’t make it to class.
Mojo Online is saving my life right now… I love to dance and as a physical therapist, what I appreciate most about Mojo Fitness is the emphasis on form, intensity and safety. This is very rare in dance fitness–and in many other HIIT classes in general. Cindy is positive, encouraging and just what the world needs right now.
I’ve been enjoying the many videos on line–wish I had jumped on a long time ago before quarantine but I just didn’t think I could replicate the workouts in comparison to in person. Boy, was I wrong. I’m being inspired everyday with stronger moves and a greater focus on technique. I have some degree of lower back pain, knees and neuromuscular discomfort from my fibromyalgia, but once my body starts stretching and moving and I am able to modify the moves based on comfort level—my body starts adjusting and I’m feeling WAY better.
For me, the improvement in technique brings about the optimal toning and strength in areas where I want to see improvement.
I’m really feeling so much better. I can’t thank you enough.

I’m in my early 40s and I’ve never felt stronger. Thanks to Mojo’s LIVE and online workouts, I have been consistent with 3 to 4xs a week sessions – which is what makes the difference.
