The instructional captions are really great! It helps remind me what to focus on, REALLY helps. Also, doing the videos doesn’t take up much space. I did it one day in my bedroom with a number of laundry baskets surrounding me and didn’t kick one of them!
Covid lock down has us all going a little crazy, but Mojo Online is helping a lot…my dog is even getting into it 🐶🙊!! It’s definitely harder without everyone’s energy to feed off of, but we’re making it work 😊

Thank you for making Mojo Online! I have access to a fun, yet intense workout whenever my schedule permits. I love that there are options such as the 1 hour classes or the 30 minute sessions. And the best part is that I can take Mojo wherever life takes me!

As identical twins (71 years young!), we both check out our Fitbits after class and compare the number of steps and how many minutes “in peak” (HIIT intervals).
After today’s 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak… that is the most ever I’ve done! I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership… I’m sticking with Mojo Online!!
Before Mojo, I was a runner. I liked to doing my own thing and being done with it. But then my knees started bothering me, so I decided to give Mojo a try and it has really worked for me. I forget everything around me and get completely lost in a zone. After three years, I still get sopping wet after every session and I feel more fit and toned than ever.

I work from home and so tired of the treadmill. I love to dance, and discovered Mojo Online. I am so much more motivated!
With Mojo Online, I’m less distracted about getting the moves ‘just right’ so I can focus on other things like engaging my core and breathing.
