Positive thoughts lead to stronger energy and more aggressive workouts.It may seem strange that I still get giddy when friends drop by – LIVE & virtually – after all these years!

It’s because I know the more FUN, positive, and playful our crew, the “easier” our workout will be. I admit, when I’m dancing around my basement I still feel like I am in my cheerleading/pom-pom days – but we’re all on the very same squad. LOL. I love my “job”!

Have you allowed your “little girl” to fade away? Don’t waste more precious time waiting for the “right time” to go find her.

She’s IN there. Even if you have to take tiny baby steps, go in and get her. No excuses. Just DO it.

Complaining or worrying about everything going on around us only makes things worse. It’s more important than ever to reach out and find new ways to bring positive energy and joy into our lives.

The longer we are able to hold a positive thought, the stronger that energy around us becomes.

Left unattended, our thoughts tend to scatter in all different directions. If we apply our minds to a specific task, especially one that interests us, they gather together and allow us to focus our attention, creating gorgeous power and energy.

The Mojo ZONE is powerfully meditative. It’s nearly impossible to think of anything else but the music and the moves we are doing. When you find yourself getting fatigued or frustrated, this is when self sabotage can creeps into our brain.

Fight it.

Remind yourself that reaching beyond your comfort zone is when your body and brain START to evolve into a stronger, more positive, improved you
