Squeeze those glutes

Did you know that a common cause of lower back pain is weak glutes? In a non-clinical nutshell, our latissimus dorsi, back muscles, are attached to our gluteus maximus (aka butt) and it’s the job of our glutes to help support our back.

In Mojo class, our back muscles get a lot of attention because they’re key to a strong core and flattening the belly. Learning to consistently access our glutes is tricky, but the rewards are many…including a toned booty!
