The instructional captions are really great! It helps remind me what to focus on, REALLY helps. Also, doing the videos doesn’t take up much space. I did it one day in my bedroom with a number of laundry baskets surrounding me and didn’t kick one of them!

After todays’ 55 min session, I was thrilled to see I did 6,391 steps and 20 minutes in peak…that is the most ever I’ve done!I’ve officially cancelled my OrangeTheory membership…I’m sticking with Mojo!!
