Most girls fear gaining the Freshman “15” in college. I was one of them and it STILL happened to me. I came home heavier than I had ever been in my life and felt miserable. I changed my diet and exercise habits drastically. Most importantly, I began going to Mojo Fitness at least twice a week (I also incorporated cross training, but it’s nowhere as fun!) In the ten weeks I’ve been home, my hard work has paid off: I lost a total of 18 lbs so far! The change has been crazy and I love how I feel.
